SPECIAL OPERATIONS DIVISION

Special Victims Unit

    The Special Victims Unit is made up of two different groups.  They are the Family Violence Section and the Sex Offender Registration and Tracking Section.  This is a uniformed investigative unit responsible for the investigation of stalking and sexual related offenders.

• Family Violence Section

  Responsible for the service and monitoring of active TPO's (Temporary Protective Orders).

• Sex Offender Registration and Tracking Section

  Responsible for the collection, maintenance and investigation of the Sheriff's Office Sexual Offenders Registration log.
