The following are rules for Inmate Visitation.

• Inmates are allowed one (1) group of visitors each week, unless their visitation privileges have been restricted for disciplinary violations.

• Attorney, Probation, and Pastoral visits do not count as regular visits.

• Each group may contain up to four (4) people, including children.

• Proper identification (Government issued Photograph ID) is required for all visitors over 17 years of age.  NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

• All visitor's identification must be current.

• Any visitors under the age of 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and a visitation wavier must be completed.

• Proper attire is expected of ALL people entering the Clayton County Sheriff's Office for any business.  If you are not wearing the proper attire, you WILL NOT be allowed to enter the facility.

• Any visitors wearing shorts or skirts above the knees, sleeveless blouses or tank tops, or see through or netted garments WILL NOT be allowed to visit.  Cellular telephones, purses, coats, jackets, hats, bags, food, drinks, car seats, strollers, and all electronic devices are NOT ALLOWED.

• All visitors will conduct themselves in an appropriate manner.  If you are found performing inappropriate actions, you may be barred from the facility and/or criminally charged.
