The Clayton County Sheriff's Office has identified the following individuals as its most wanted fugitives. All of these individuals should be considered armed and extremely dangerous. Alejandro Reyes Morales is wanted for murder and aggravated assault. The charges are for the stabbing death of Raul Valdez, which occurred on September 30, 2004, at 1365 Conley Road, Conley, Georgia. Morales is a known gang member and is believed to be in the Forest Park area.
Bryant is wanted for False Imprisonment, Reckless Driving, Fleeing from Police, Driving on a Suspended/Revoked License, and No Tail Lights. These charges stem from an incident that occurred on September 11, 2015. Bryant, whose license was suspended and had two passengers in the car, decided he did not want to go back to the Clayton County jail. Instead of stopping, Bryant took Deputies and his passengers unwillingly on a high speed chase. During the pursuit, Bryant rammed a patrol truck that just happened to be occupied by Chief Deputy Shon Hill. Chief Deputy Shon Hill and Clayton County Deputies pursued Bryant from Upper Riverdale Road to an apartment complex off of Cleveland Avenue in Atlanta. There, Bryant drove through a steel guard gate pushing it through an apartment complex. After driving behind a dumpster in the complex, Bryant escaped on foot. The two unwilling passengers were unharmed and helped in identifiying Bryant. Bryant was last known to be living in the Talbotton, GA, area.
Dicks is wanted for Aggravated Assault, Armed Robbery, Burglary, Possession of a Weapon During the Commission of a Crime, and Violation of Probation. These charges stem from an incident that occurred on May 16, 2014, in Jonesboro, Georgia. Dicks was last known to be living in the Columbus area.
Edwards is wanted for escaping from the rear of a Clayton County Police vehicle. Edwards was taken into custody for involvement in home invasion robberies. Edwards was able to slip out of his restraints and escape the vehicle. This incident occurred on September 24, 2015. Edwards was last known to be living in the Atlanta area.
Fitzpatrick-Williams is wanted for Aggravated Stalking, Burglary, Aggravated Assault, Simple Battery / Family Violence, and False Imprisonment. These charges stem from an incident that occurred August 18, 2015. Fitzpatrick-Williams was last known to be living in the College Park area.
Mullins is wanted for Aggravated Assault, Interference with Custody, and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor. These charges stem from an incident that occurred on August 10, 2014, in Jonesboro.
Riley is wanted for Rape and Child Molestation. These charges stem from an incident that occurred in January, 2015. Riley was last known to be living in the College Park area.
Vaughn is wanted for Violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act (V.G.C.S.A) for the Sale or Distribution of Drugs, False Imprisonment, Aggravated Assault, Battery, and Obstructing the use of a Telephone. These charges stem from an incident that occurred on February 14, 2015. Vaughn was already wanted for Criminal Trespass and Battery / Family Violence from September 2014. Vaughn was last known to live in the Summerville, SC, area.
