Depositing Funds Into an Inmate's AccountThe Accounting Section accepts funds to be placed on an inmate's account. Funds may be placed on an inmate's account through services provided by VendEngine (https://ga.vendengine.com/inmate_deposit.php?jail_id=34).

VendEngine provides three methods of depositing funds into an inmate account: online, at on-site kiosks, and by telephone. Each transaction posts to the inmate's account as soon as the transaction is finalized. Alternatively, the Accounting Section will accept money orders through the mail. Please see each section below for more details. VendEngine charges transaction and credit card fees based on the type and amount of the transaction. Please pay attention to fees that are listed. The Sheriff's Office is not responsible for associated fees charged through VendEngine.

Kiosks DO NOT give change and they DO NOT accept coins. If a large bill is inserted, the kiosk will deposit the total amount of that bill. The Accounting Section is not available to break large bills and distribute change. The user of the kiosk may have a receipt printed or sent to an email account. Fees will be taken from the total amount deposited.

Depositing Funds by TelephoneVendEngine has provided a toll-free telephone number to assist users in depositing funds over the telephone. Deposits over the telephone will be handled as Credit Card payments and handled in the same manner as online credit card payments. Fees will still be assessed. VendEngine's assistance line is 1-855-836-3364.
